Photography Census

In January, we started our new Photographic Census project led by Josh Greet (our community photographer) & Haidee Dampney (our community interviewer), which will continue through until August this year.

During 2024, we’re creating an archive of pictures & words about people who live or work in Stoke, Morice Town and Ford, to be looked back on for years to come. We’ll be making an exhibition of the photographs in Stoke Village in September 2024, and a special newspaper with all of the photos to share with everyone who takes part.

You can sign up to TAKE PART here >> https://forms.gle/E15AZuaA4V7pSk4JA

To be part of the Photographic Census, you’ll need to have your portrait taken by Josh Greet (our community photographer) and answer some questions from Haidee Dampney (our community interviewer). They’ll be popping up at local community events, meeting people door-to-door in the area, or by request / appointment. Everyone who has their photos taken as part of the project will get a FREE digital copy of their own portrait (so that you can print, share with friends and family, and keep forever!).

Josh & Haidee have already been out and about photographing and interviewing local people, and they’d love to meet you too!!
