Be a Star at The Stoke Village Fun Day!
Join us for the most vibrant community event of the year! Devonport Road will transform into a lively hub of music, stalls, and joy at The Stoke Village Fun Day, held on Sunday, July 20th, from 11 am to 4 pm. We need enthusiastic volunteers to help make this day a resounding success!
Choose Your Adventure: Volunteer Roles Available!

1. The Magic Makers: Set-Up Volunteers (7 am – 11 am)
Become a Festival Fairy! Help us transform Devonport Road and Blockhouse Park into a festive wonderland.
Your Mission: Hang bunting, tidy up, arrange tables and chairs, and add those special touches that make the day sparkle.
Your Reward: Fuel up with unlimited teas, coffees, and delicious biscuits while you create the magic! Even if you can only spare an hour or two, we would love your help.

2. The Tidy Titans: Take-Down Volunteers (4 pm – approx. 6:30 pm)
Be a Clean-Up Champion! Help us restore Devonport Road to its former glory after a day of fun.
Your Mission: Take down bunting, pick up litter, pack away tables and chairs, and ensure everything is left neat and tidy.
Your Reward: Enjoy well-deserved teas, coffees, and biscuits as we work together to close the day with a flourish!

3. The Stall Superstars: Stall Volunteers (1-2 Hour Shifts)
Become a Hub Hero! Join our friendly team and help run our exciting stalls.
Your Mission: Assist with making teas and coffees, selling raffle tickets, and helping with our various stalls including the Children’s Games. You will be handling cash and will be paired with another volunteer.

Your Reward: Experience the buzz of the fun day from the heart of the action, connect with your community, and have fun!
